TECHNOLOGY

A fast and
innovative robot

Epiximi is a group of 6 Ximiti store operators who acquired the concept and rights originally held by the company Néovendis in 2023.

Néovendis was created in 2014, but the activity existed since 2006 within the BPLUS group.

Today, Epiximi manages a fleet of 27 automatic stores.

Patented and manufactured in France with industrial technologies and components, the machine and its management interfaces are at the forefront of technology, reliable and robust.

Compact and Modular Equipment

The automatic stores come in two formats. The first takes place in a commercial space with a minimum area of 24 m², with a modular capacity ranging from 2 to 16 shelves, perfectly adapting to the characteristics of the available space. The second format is presented as a compact kiosk, accommodating 2 or 3 shelves.

High Storage Capacity

The automatic store can store up to 1,600 references and 16 000 items, from credit card size to a pack of 6 bottles of 1.5 liters. Depending on the type of items you want to sell, the store offers dry or fresh products (refrigerated store at positive cold).

A simple and ergonomic
client interface

Product orders are made from a simple and secure interface for the client.

Product Selection

The consumer selects their items from a multilingual touchscreen, consulting the categories or searching for the product in the search bar. As they go, products are added to a modifiable "cart" until payment. The touchscreen can also include advertisements, promotions, coupons, daily products, and menus.

Mobile Application

Our mobile application, available for download on iOS and Android, allows the consumer to complete their entire order remotely: product selection and online payment for pick-up in-store via click and collect.

Payment and Order Receipt

The total amount of the order is permanently displayed on the screen. It is possible to pay in cash, bills, credit card, or contactless payment (NFC, by credit card or mobile). The interface also allows the use of discount vouchers. In less than a minute, the order is delivered to the customer.

Automated Home Delivery

An automated interface allows the client to order online from this well-known site, generating a secure order that delivery personnel autonomously retrieve from the store to deliver to the final customer. All of this happens without operator intervention.

A high-performance
management tool

Easy to manage, the automatic store is operated by the manager from a digital interface that allows access to the product catalog, stock levels, and orders.

Catalog Design

The software allows for remote design of the product catalog. Stored items and displayed prices can be easily modified. Day/night pricing and automatic promotions on products nearing expiration dates are offered.

Stock Management

Stock management is greatly facilitated through a secure remote connection, allowing for complete and effective control. As for expiration date management, it occurs automatically each night: the robot identifies and removes expired products, isolating them in a dedicated waste compartment.

Order Tracking

Cash flow, change management, and sales history, the operator interface allows for easy tracking of completed orders. Notifications, alarms, and error messages are automatically sent to the operator via phone or email.

A complete software
offering

Epiximi continuously develops its software offering for managing customer interfaces and operators. The software license includes software updates and documentation updates.

LGAP Software

The LGAP software centralizes a common database for all operators, providing uniform information on product characteristics while allowing each to freely adjust their prices.

MANAGEMENT Software

Installed in the automatic store and accessible remotely, this software allows you to monitor your inventory and cash flow, access the event log, sales histories, statistics, manage discount vouchers, etc.

HMI Software

This consumer-dedicated software is installed in the automatic store. It allows ordering via a touchscreen, controlling all payment devices, and receiving items.
